Ltd. is an Insolvency Professional Entity (IPE) with 16 directors (Qualified Insolvency Professionals) with offices of the IPs situated at various places in the country (Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Gurgaon, Rajasthan, Lucknow, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Chennai and Banglore etc.). He has handled various cases under IBC for the Corporates involved in the sector of Manufacturing, Real Estate, Infrastructure and FMCG etc.
Empaneled with various leading banks and NCLT as RP/IRP/Liquidator/Bankruptcy Trustee and with SEBI to act as Administrator.
Having presence of 35 years in the professional field and while being in the field of Insolvency Professional, we have a very long association with Advocates, Valuers, Industry Experts, Forensic Audit experts, IT experts, Retired Bankers, Tax Experts and accountants etc. which is a must requirement for carrying out IBC assignments effectively and efficiently.
He is having extensive experience of more than three decades of providing services to PSUs, Banks and FIs, MNCs, listed and non-listed corporates in the field of: Corporate Law Compliance, Banking Law, Syndication of Debts, Corporate Restructuring, Statutory / Internal Audits, Due Diligence Review etc.

He has been the phenomenal speaker at various platforms on the matters of IBC 2016 and very instrumental as the member of Editorial Board of ICAI Journal “The Chartered Accountant”.
He is also very active in various social forums working for the noble cause and welfare of the society and running its own charitable trust and NGOs.
Till date 10 IBC Cases are ongoing or have been handled by the IPE and its directors. Personally, he is handling or had successfully handled four CIRP/Liquidation matters (in the capacity of IRP/RP/Liquidator and support services) across wide range of industries Like; Infrastructure, Real Estate, FMCG, Auto Component Manufacturing Industry.
Handled many cases of operational Creditors, which have been settled without commencement of CIRP.
Key Achievements during IBC assignment includes;
- Identification of the assets which had not even been recorded in the books of accounts of the Corporate Debtor and realisation thereof.
- Realisation of assets under liquidation for more than the liquidation value determined as per the requirement of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (in some cases even more than double of the liquidation value).
- Timely realization of the assets of the Corporate Debtor considering maximization of the value of the assets. (Assets realised within 6 months of Liquidation).
- Identification of Avoidable/ fraudulent transactions under IBC and appointments of Forensic auditor thereof.
